A Salesforce Certified Instructor since 2009, Alice founded TrainTheCrowd in 2012. Alongside her role as Managing Director, she has continued to specialise in Salesforce custom end-user training and has taught 2000+ people across 5 countries. Alice loves soft sand running and ocean swimming to keep fit!

Sarah Jenkins

Acting Managing Director

Joining TrainTheCrowd in 2016, Sarah brought with her 7 years of Salesforce marketing and consulting experience. She’s an experienced Engagement Manager overseeing 50+ projects across 7 different industries including government, telecommunications and finance. She is unashamedly a big fan of Eurovision.

Martin Dunn

Delivery Manager

Martin has taught 2000+ people in 7 countries since becoming a certified Salesforce instructor in 2013. Over that time he has specialised in end-user, Administrator, reporting and Einstein Analytics training. He has been named “Australia’s Biggest Def Leppard Fan”
– he likes Def Leppard.

Martin was an excellent facilitator. He was a very clear communicator and made the group feel very comfortable, so everyone could feel like they could engage.

With 15+ years of sales experience working for the likes of Conga and Veritas, Ian leads TrainTheCrowd’s sales division. He understands client challenges and finds solutions to help them succeed. A native of Canada, he missed the stairs while exiting the stage during his Australian citizenship ceremony to rapturous applause.

Ian is a quick learner and big advocate of change and training, he’s passionate about recommending the best solutions for our clients.

On her largest project with TrainTheCrowd she helped deliver 7 courses to 350 users in 5 locations. When Stacey’s not in the classroom, you can find her planning her next adventure abroad.

Chris has shared his experience through the creation and delivery of sales and service training for end users. When he’s not training, you can find Chris planning his next trip to Disneyland and living the dream riding his motorcycle.

Daniel joined the TrainTheCrowd team in 2016 with over 3 years experience as a Salesforce administrator having previously developed solutions in legacy CRM systems. You’re most likely to meet Daniel at a Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin class which he has taught more than 40 times in 6 cities across AU/NZ. He loves card games – anyone for UNO?

Daniel was amazing. Every day he came in energised, keen to teach and willing to listen and answer all questions. Someone who I would consider extremely knowledgeable about all things ADM-201 and then some!

Joey Ho

Joey has 11 years of experience on the Salesforce platform and holds 9 certifications across the Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Clouds. He was the first instructor in ANZ certified to deliver training on the Salesforce CPQ product. Joey loves education and has five Bachelor degrees to prove it!

Joey accommodated everyone in the room in a very friendly, knowledgeable manner. Nothing was too hard to discuss. Importantly, Joey related the content to practical execution while getting us to think about what we did.
